Pitti Bimbo 102 presents the first new features of the edition

The next Pitti Bimbo 102 is beginning to take shape, an event that will take place from 21 to 22 January 2026 at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. The Autumn-Winter 2026-2027 collections of leading Italian and foreign brands will be showcased at this event.

A new space debuts in collaboration with the Bobo Choses brand

Among the first new features is the debut of a new area (the name of which will be revealed shortly), created in collaboration between the show and the Spanish brand Bobo Choses. In recent years, this brand has become the emblem of a new and multifaceted approach to children’s fashion, where design culture is successfully combined with commercial success and quality manufacturing. All this is combined with a focus on sustainability and the ability to represent childhood far from stereotypes.

In addition to Bobo Choses, Maison Mangostan, Mini Rodini, Piupiuchick, Tinycottons, The New Society and True Artist, among others, have confirmed their participation in Pitti Bimbo 102.

In this new space, in addition to the new collections, there will also be events and presentations curated by the brands themselves.

Among the reconfirmations for 2026 is the return of the collaboration with The Family Circle, a Hamburg-based marketplace founded by Nadine Jung, known for its careful selection of accessories and lifestyle items.

The PITT penguin at the centre of the Pitti Bimbo 102 campaign

The PITT penguin will be the protagonist of the story and campaign created by Amedeo Piccione, art director, illustrator and designer. The penguin, who strangely feels cold, decides to set off on a long journey of exploration, backpack on his shoulders, hat on his head and skis on his feet, leaving the ice alone but with great hope. He will visit different places, meet friends wearing scarves, jumpers and hats, and much more.

In his stories, PITT interprets the guiding theme of the Pitti Immagine trade shows, namely “Motion”, which in this case is combined with “Emotion”. According to the organisers, these two words do not stand still, but are courageous words that imply real and digital thinking.

To communicate the many new features of the upcoming Florentine trade show, the organising team is engaged in a European road show, which has already visited Naples, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, London, and Milan at the end of November. During the tour, as Antonio Cristaudo, commercial director of Pitti Immagine, explains, the new features and characteristics of the next edition are presented and, at the same time, comments, suggestions and impressions are collected.

Pitti Bimbo 102 https://bimbo.pittimmagine.com/it was launched last spring with the aim of opening a dialogue with exhibitors, buyers and journalists. “We are receiving great feedback both for these new brands and for the confirmation of the most established brands at the show, such as the Miniconf group (iDo, Ducati, Sarabanda, Minibanda, Roy Rogers), the Falc group (with the brands Falcotto, W6YZ, Naturino, Flower Mountain for Naturino), the Artcraft International group (with the brands Canadian, Crocs, Heydude, Colors of California, Mou), and others including Bugatti, Escada and Aigner”.
