It opened on May 10 to end on May 13 in the halls of Arezzo Fiere e Congressi, the 44th Oroarezzo, the event of IEG – Italian Exhibition Group dedicated to made-in-Italy production and technologies at the service of the gold sector. The event promotes and enhances the best of Italian manufacturing, from gold and silver to jewelry with precious stones, passing through the most innovative machinery at the service of the sector.
This year there are more than 370 exhibitors and 400 foreign buyers from 60 countries.

Which countries goldsmithing made in Italy looks to.

Competent analysis to guide companies between tariff barriers and raw material prices. The state of the art for the fashion accessories supply chain. Plus opportunities for culture and beauty in the city’s historic center with opera adorned with Italian jewelry.

As well as the participation of international companies and guests, the program of events dedicated to the business community is growing year by year, both in authority and quality.
On the opening day of the 44th Oroarezzo, for example, there was an institutional round table dedicated to ‘Goldsmithing in the world: dynamics of a sector of excellence of made in Italy,’ followed by ‘Between markets, sustainability, tariff barriers and supply-chain: analysis and prospects for the sector in 2025,’ an event signed by Club degli Orafi. The meeting hosted economists from Intesa Sanpaolo’s Research Department, Daniela Corsini and Sara Giusti, Daniele Gualdani, sole director of LEM Industries, and Maria Cristina Squarcialupi, president of Club degli Orafi Italia and UnoAerre Industries and Federorafi Confindustria vice-president with responsibility for sustainability.
Alongside foreign markets, the focus on the domestic one remains crucial. This is precisely what Federpreziosi Confcommercio has been wondering about through its Retail Observatory ‘Listening to the customer, reading the numbers: the evolution of jewelry buying.

The advantages of a system effect built over the years

“On the 44th Oroarezzo,” Maurizio Ermeti, president of Italian Exhibition Group, recalled, ”We continue to invest so much in Arezzo, because we are convinced that this fair represents an extraordinary point of pride for Made in Italy, despite a very difficult economic situation. International tensions are there. Trade wars and geopolitical uncertainties are real challenges. But I am certain that the system effect we have built together with our partners in the area over the past few years will give us the strength and tools to constantly strengthen our position in the world.”
An event historically born at Arezzo Fiere, which represents an important moment in the year’s exhibition itinerary. 44th Oroarezzo – https://www.oroarezzo.it/it/ – is an event to which, as stressed by Ferrer Vannetti, president of Arezzo Fiere e Congressi, “we are proud to give an increasingly appropriate venue, in full collaboration with Ieg. The Goldsmith Fair, already from the past editions has been able to take advantage of the infrastructural adjustments we have made, and this year exhibitors and buyers will once again find an environment capable of fully enhancing this event.”
