iMEAT 2025 will open its doors at ModenaFiere from March 23 to 25 and will be open to the professional public. Since 2013, the date of the first exhibition, the event has become an international attraction by expanding interests and proposal. The event is the only one in Italy that combines meat with all technologies, equipment, trends and methods of professional grill cooking, from electric to fire.
Luca Codato, the fair’s patron, recalled, Today more than ever, in a constantly evolving society, it is important to build solid foundations and to be able to plan the career path equipped with the right tools and the necessary knowledge. The iera fair aims to be the tool to provide these foundations by connecting butchery and delicatessen stores, specialty restaurants, meat processing industries, and small to medium-sized artisan companies of excellence with each other and with suppliers of all dedicated commodities, always from a business-to-business perspective.”
The last edition in 2023 saw 146 exhibitors on the 11,500 square meters divided into two halls, 9,268 visitors. The numbers for iMEAT 2025 are growing with more than 200 exhibitors spread over three halls.

Protagonist is meat in all its nuances

This edition will also be an opportunity to meet, compare and update. In fact, professional training is the tool to deal with changes and market trends, which are increasingly sudden and nagging; information on new technological and scientific discoveries a stimulus and a help to keep up with the evolution of society.
There are many new features that will welcome visitors who will enter the gates of ModenaFiere.
First of all, the division of iMEAT 2025 into 3 sectors to facilitate the visit and highlight the different specializations.
TEC will be the pavilion dedicated to technologies, equipment, flavorings and ingredients for the processing and preservation of meat products. While Food will be reserved for food excellence, for retail and ho.re.ca. Specialties that can satisfy all kinds of customers: oil, wines, artisanal preserves, beers or liquors just to name the most popular ones. Grill, on the other hand, will present technologies, equipment, trends, and methods for professional grill cooking. Adjacent to this space will be Passione Fuoco, an area reserved for cooking demonstrations with charcoal ovens and new trends in open-flame cooking.

Space also for the seafood sector

iFISH is the pathway, indicated in the catalog, dedicated to the seafood sector, with which the meat world has many points of encounter. It will indicate exhibiting companies producing equipment, tools, accessories, ingredients and setups suitable for the fish and seafood industry as well.
