The objective of iMEAT 2021 has always been to create a relational context where supply and demand can meet to expand activities and evaluate ideas and strategies in a market that must evolve and look to a more open and innovative future.

Born from an idea of ​​the organizer Ecod, the fair has reached its seventh edition, which will take place in attendance from 12 to 14 September at ModenaFiere. An event that, growing from edition to edition, has become a well-defined reality in the national fair context.

iMEAT 2021 is divided into three areas: one dedicated to equipment, machinery, ingredients; iMEAT Excellence reserved for finished product specialties.
Finally, iMEAT Farm, a novelty planned for some time and postponed due to the emergency. The new area was designed to connect farmers and producers of high quality meat with the world of butchery in order to create a constructive synergy.
The three exhibition days have been confirmed precisely to be able to intercept an even wider target of visitors, with diversified travel and programming needs, giving butchery and gastronomy shops, catering and agritourism companies the opportunity to be present to update or innovate your business.
A particularly necessary strategy this year since access to the fair will be subject to restrictions and security controls imposed at ministerial level.

To confirm the internationality attributed to the event in the last edition, the work carried out in Spain with the two editions of iMEAT Espana (2018 and 2019) will be optimized, inviting over 3,500 Spanish butchers and cured meats to follow the event with live links on the FB page dedicated to the Spanish fair. We will thus give the opportunity, to exhibitors who wish, to promote their products also on the Spanish market with video interviews.
At iMEAT 2021, the program of collateral events, in addition to the theoretical-demonstration courses, includes a day dedicated to competitions and other initiatives in the process of being defined. Activities that aim to create suggestions to be transposed and customized in your shop or business. Federcarni’s activities will not be lacking, operating in the area offered by Ecod, with the final of the Young Butchers Championship and other training and entertainment initiatives.
