Fieragricola 2026, a ‘Full Innovation’ event

Fieragricola 2026

Fieragricola 2026 kicked off on Wednesday, February 4, and will conclude on Saturday, February 7, at VeronaFiere. It is a showcase for the latest technologies in the fields of agricultural mechanization, animal husbandry, renewable energy, chemistry, and biosolutions. And it’s not just about technology, but also economic, environmental, and social sustainability, dialogue with stakeholders, and lots of training.

In a word, ‘Full Innovation’, as the slogan adopted to summarize the new mission also reminds us. A declared objective that combines the cross-cutting nature of the exhibition—agricultural mechanics, animal husbandry, renewable energy, viticulture, and high-tech solutions such as digitization, biosolutions, rational water management, and robotics—with a strong push towards internationalization and training.

Fieragricola 2026: the three pillars of a winning format

The 117th edition featured 816 exhibitors, including all the top brands, 136 conferences and workshops, and 11 pavilions covering 52,000 square meters. In addition to 6,000 square meters of space dedicated to the main national and European livestock shows and the Dynamic Shows, hundreds of buyers and industry operators from 28 countries have already been accredited.

The format of Fieragricola 2026 is based on three pillars, starting with its cross-cutting nature, with all the main sectors of agriculture represented: mechanics, animal husbandry, specialized crops (vineyards, orchards, and olive groves), renewable energy, services, and the multifunctionality of agricultural businesses. Also important is the high rate of innovation, the fundamental driver for improving the productivity, sustainability, and competitiveness of agricultural businesses, as mentioned in the claim itself and reflected in an entire pavilion dedicated to Fieragricola Tech.

The third pillar is training, an irreplaceable and indispensable tool for guiding agriculture towards new technologies, digital and ecological transition, and the advent of artificial intelligence in data collection, management, and processing.

Over 130 meetings are scheduled

As always, Fieragricola 2026 – https://www.fieragricola.it/ devotes considerable attention to conferences, debates, and workshops during which the many issues affecting the sector are addressed: from the common agricultural policy to AI and robotics, from animal husbandry to renewable energy and specialized crops. This sector is worth €77.1 billion in Italy and forms the basis of a €700 billion agri-food system, accounting for 15% of the national economy.

Among the events scheduled, it is worth mentioning the General Assembly of Animal Husbandry, which will take place on February 6. In addition to exhibitions and shows dedicated to the main cattle breeds, culminating in the National Exhibition of the Brown Swiss Herd Book (Saturday, February 7), a symbol of the meeting between animal husbandry tradition and innovation.
