The 2026 edition of Hospitality Edition – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza (The Hospitality Exhibition) has been officially presented, scheduled to take place from February 2 to 5 at the Riva del Garda exhibition center. The international trade fair dedicated to the hotel and catering industry is preparing for its 50th anniversary, hosting more than 750 exhibitors and a packed calendar of events, meetings, and seminars across more than 45,000 square meters of exhibition space.

The event remains a benchmark for one of the most strategic sectors of the Italian economy. In 2024, this sector generated a turnover of approximately 107.1 billion (2025 report by The European House – Ambrosetti in collaboration with Italgrob and AFDB).

The exhibition format reconfirms the effectiveness of a consolidated structure, divided into the thematic areas of Beverage, Contract & Wellness, Food & Equipment, and Renovation & Tech. These are flanked by RPM – Riva Pianeta Mixology, Spazio Vignaiolo, and Solobirra, special areas dedicated to mixology, wine, and craft beer, respectively.

Among the new features for 2026 is ‘Dimensione Gusto’, which broadens the focus on local food and wine and its many possibilities for expression thanks to the excellence of the Trentino Garda region.

Attention will also be paid to open-air tourism, which is strategic for our country with a turnover of around €8 billion. This sector will find space in the Outdoor Boom pavilions – with a new concept – and in B2, where it will be possible to find a contract offer designed for outdoor environments.

A strong point of Hospitality 2026 is the program of content that complements and enhances the exhibition offering. With Hospitality Academy, the exhibition offers seminars, workshops, masterclasses, creative workshops, and professional development opportunities that address the latest trends in Ho.Re.Ca., from design to sustainability, from digitalization to new business models. There will also be tastings, cooking shows, and live demonstrations to discover techniques, products, and solutions in a more direct and engaging way.

Hospitality Edition 2026: the calendar of events to involve the city makes its debut

The 50th edition also helps to strengthen the link between the fair and the local area through ‘Out&About – The other side of Hospitality’, another new feature for 2026. This is a calendar of events that actively involves Riva del Garda and some of its best-known locations. This initiative complements and expands the content of the fair, transforming Hospitality into an experience that extends beyond the exhibition halls.

Among the most important events are the preview on January 31 with ‘Hospitality Vibes’, the ‘Celebrating With You’ evening on Monday, February 2, and the ‘Hospitality Après Show’ on February 3, which will encourage meetings, sharing, and networking.

On Wednesday, February 4, as part of the collaboration between FINE Italy and Hospitality Edition 2026 – https://hospitalityriva.it/it, there will be a preview of the complete report on wine tourism in Italy by Roberta Garibaldi and SRM – Centro Studi, linked to the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
