From Thursday, October 23 to Sunday, October 26, Superstudio Maxi will host Abilmente Milano 2025, the fall edition of the creative craft fair organized by Italian Exhibition Group. The event will transform into a widespread laboratory of creativity, colors, and materials, dedicated to DIY enthusiasts of all ages, offering inspiration, experimentation, and sharing. This edition will feature more than 120 brands specializing in every creative technique and many of Italy’s most popular creative minds.
Courses are the beating heart of the Milanese event: creative workshops, courses for all levels and techniques, where you can learn new techniques, test tools, and receive advice directly from those who use them every day.
Paper, what a passion!
Among the most eagerly awaited activities at Abilmente Milano 2025 are the animated reading workshops for children, curated by Cleio and Libreria Punta alla Luna, which will bring books to life. For paper, photo, and memory enthusiasts, there will be scrapbooking workshops organized by ASI, the Italian Scrappers Association, which will offer courses, demonstrations, and ideas for embellishing albums and pages with creativity and style.
The VolumeBK bookshop will offer a curated selection of illustrated books, technical manuals, and visual art volumes, allowing visitors to explore and purchase everything they need to fuel their passion for craftsmanship.
But Abilmente Milano 2025 is not just a fair, it is a world full of events, meetings, and workshops. As always, in addition to the many creative innovations not to be missed, there will also be creative exhibitions, textile installations, and extraordinary collective projects to amaze the eyes and hands.
Like the textile exhibition ‘Happy Art: Homage to Romero Britto’, promoted by the Sul filo dell’Arte association with the support of L’Angolo delle Idee and Vlieseline, which will bring together the Brazilian artist’s crochet and tricot works. The exhibition will include a guided tour, an interactive area, and a collective work in progress, as well as a pop pin workshop to engage visitors.

La Via delle Idee invites you to discover dozens of stands and workshops: textile and metal jewelry, customizable bags and accessories, creative sewing for adults and children, creative recycling, printing on fabric and paper, amigurumi, macramé, polymer clay, epoxy resin, wood decorations, felt, and mosaics.
Every space at Abilmente Milano 2025 www.abilmente.org/it/milano is an invitation to experiment and learn. The workshops and courses held in this area complement those of the Abilmente Academy, which allow small classes to explore different creative techniques. These range from natural dyeing to cyanotype, watercolor to bookbinding, candle making, floral embroidery, crochet techniques, and much more.
