Hospitality and catering in rural areas characterise most of the work of the operators who attend Dolomiti HoReCa, now in its fifth edition. The geographical area of greatest interest mainly involves the mountainous and hilly areas of Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige.

A sustainable future depends on rural tourism, which encompasses a range of activities including accommodation, catering, leisure organisation and services aimed at promoting the natural, environmental and cultural assets of the area. Dolomiti HoReCa has found its natural home in the Longarone exhibition centre, as it is located halfway between the Dolomites and the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Dolomiti HoReCa 2025 was established in 2019, when the 2026 Winter Olympics were awarded to Milan-Cortina. The natural proximity to the pearl of the Dolomites sees our fair committed to accompanying HoReCa operators towards this opportunity. It is a springboard for the development of the entire tourism sector in a large area. The fair therefore represents a meeting point for all the operators involved, creating the necessary conditions to realise the potential of the event in the area in a stable manner.
