News and trends that will be the focus of InOut 2025 | The Hospitality Community, from 8 to 10 October at the Rimini Exhibition Centre. The event dedicated to the hospitality industry and inspired by the theme “Awake” – the ability to see the times we are living in with new eyes – will take place simultaneously with TTG Travel Experience, both organised by Italian Exhibition Group. It is an important opportunity to discover the main innovations in the world of artificial intelligence for use by tourism operators.

Focus on technology, well-being and fitness

Once again this year, InOut 2025 confirms its status as a key event for those who design and renovate hospitality spaces. Hotels, hotel chains, architects, designers, general contractors, campsites, beach resorts and construction companies: all these businesses will find the most advanced solutions for putting well-being at the centre of their activities at the fair in Rimini.

There are three main focuses for the 2025 edition: in addition to technology, with a focus on artificial intelligence and its applications, the new features will also concern well-being, with a holistic approach that integrates wellness, physical and mental regeneration, sport and food as essential elements of a wellness holiday.

At InOut 2025, within Poolwide, an area that brings together the offerings of companies in the wellness sector, you will find the best innovations for swimming pools, whirlpools, multifunctional showers, saunas and Turkish baths, spa solutions, systems, covers, coatings, accessories, furnishings and maintenance equipment. Meanwhile, in the sports & fitness area, which is increasingly present in the modern tourist experience, the focus will be mainly on professional indoor and outdoor equipment and recreational offerings, including multi-purpose courts and outdoor entertainment areas.

The added value of artificial intelligence

Gloria Armiri, Group Exhibition Manager of TTG Travel Experience and InOut | The Hospitality Community, pointed out that: ‘At InOut 2025, we show how sport, wellness and entertainment can be transformed into concrete value for accommodation facilities, responding to a demand that is increasingly focused on quality and personalisation of the guest experience’.

The offering is rounded off with a programme of conferences analysing the impact of AI in the hospitality sector, as well as the importance of wellness areas, with contributions from national and international experts.

The most innovative designers will be awarded

For the second consecutive year, the event will promote the ADI InOut Hospitality Design Awards, in collaboration with ADI (Association for Industrial Design), to reward the best innovations in the world of hospitality. The competition is reserved exclusively for exhibitors with products marketed by a company in the country or created by an Italian designer (or team).

The winner of the contest will be eligible to participate in the ADI Design Index 2026, a pre-selection for the next Compasso d’Oro, a competition considered the “Nobel Prize” of design.

Finally, in the space that InOut 2025 dedicates entirely to the outdoors and the evolution of outdoor environments in contemporary hospitality, the third edition of Vision Lab will return, an exhibition area divided into four thematic settings inspired by cities, the sea, mountains and the countryside.
