Now in its 42nd edition, Cersaie 2025, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings, is underway at the Bologna Exhibition Centre, where it opened its doors on 22 September and will conclude on 26 September. Five days dedicated to innovation, networking and innovative products.
As in every edition, the protagonists are international representatives of design and planning, leading companies from Italy and around the world. Above all, the focus is on future trends, the most innovative solutions and the highest-performance materials in the fields of surfaces, bathroom furnishings and finishes for architectural spaces.
“A space for architectural design”
This year, Cersaie 2025, the event for architects, designers, contractors and trade professionals, focused on “A space for architectural design”, the concept that inspires the 2025 manifesto. Architectural design permeates everyday spaces, influencing lifestyle, work, travel and leisure, and in turn being influenced by them. The visual for this edition, which represents the evolution of the 2024 concept, is characterised by a broader, three-dimensional vision. A view articulated on multiple levels and perspectives, to intercept the present and future needs of everyday living.
Designed by Interpromex, the image symbolically recounts this evolution through a composition of multi-level volumes and coloured planes that create interconnected and dynamic spaces.
Over 200 professionals from around the world at Cersaie 2025 Business

Now in its 14th edition, the project is organised by Confindustria Ceramica in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ITA – Italian Trade Agency. The programme confirms the Bologna exhibition as a strategic networking hub between international stakeholders and Italian exhibitors producing ceramics and bathroom furnishings.

An area dedicated to start-ups
With a focus on innovation and an eye to the future, Cersaie 2025, in collaboration with the ICE agency, is hosting six start-ups active in the real estate sector, which visitors can meet in the area dedicated to them, a 96 m² space in the Mall in Hall 37. The six young companies operate in the product categories of home automation, bathroom furnishings, wellness and fitness, finishing products and surface treatments.
