As always at Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Pitti Immagine Bimbo 99 will take place from June 19 to 21, 2024. The 99th edition of the fair will be, as always, an up-to-date showcase of trends, evolutions and new needs of the kidswear market.
Theme 2024 of the summer salons gathered under the Pitti Immagine “umbrella” will be “Pitti Lemon,” also the focus of the new Pitti Bimbo adv campaign coordinated by creative director Angelo Figus. In the interpretation of illustrator Alessandra De Cristofaro, the lemon becomes a gritty and pot-bellied yellow submarine, from whose porthole one can observe and discover all the novelties of the show dedicated to fashion for the youngest.
The Lyceum wall, which has always been the symbolic entrance to Pitti Immagine Bimbo 99, will instead be interpreted by Alessio Bolognesi, aka Bolo, one of the most interesting street artists on the national scene. Passionate about graphics, illustration, comics, but linked to contemporary themes, he will interpret Pitti Lemon according to a graffiti imagery.
A sort of magic door beyond which will turn out to be a super Luna Park that has become Lemon Park for the occasion, dotted with themed pop-ups scattered throughout the Fortress to “taste” the collections.

PittiPets dedicated to dogs and cats is back

In June, Pitti Immagine Bimbo 99 will not only show the spring/summer 2024-2025 collections, but will also present a selection of lifestyle proposals aimed at the world of children. The itinerary of the fair in the Fortezza will host the sections 100% Bambino, The Kid’s Lab!, and The Nest, a project that accompanies brands debuting on the market. Along with the fashion and lifestyle world, confirmed the presence of PittiPets, a space for accessories dedicated to dogs and cats presented in January and which has been a success.
Pitti Immagine Bimbo 99 is also configured as an appointment able to offer brands, buyers and communicators the right tools to go through the phase of change that the sector is experiencing.
Networking, specific training, strategies and updating are the guidelines around which a program of events and workshops has been built. The stage will be the Networking Lounge, a place not only dedicated to business, but also to confrontation on multiple levels, through events such as speed dating “Lemon Connect – Time to Meet” and workshops with Shop Survivor and Istituto Marangoni.

Attention is also paid to the social communication of Pitti Immagine Bimbo 99 https://bimbo.pittimmagine.com/, which, through a rebranding entrusted to French designer and branding specialist Sarah Livescault, will support companies and buyers in making themselves known. In addition, thanks to an incoming program, the show has focused on selected visitors – including journalists, bloggers, influencers and fashion & lifestyle buyers – aiming to ensure a quality and motivated audience.
