An incubator for ideas, projects, innovation, experimentation and networking platforms, E-Tech Europe will kick off May 7-8 at BolognaFiere. Strongly focused on innovation, the international event specializes in the battery industry, automotive technologies and electric vehicle manufacturing.
Now in its third edition, the event has become a point of reference for Italy and Europe with the aim of creating opportunities for meeting, business and comparison among all operators in the sector. A support for the many companies investing in this sector called to play a strategic role in the inescapable challenge of energy transition.

E-Tech Europe: focus on energy transition

We are talking, in fact, about an industrial sector with enormous potential for growth in the near future, thanks in part to the long-awaited government incentive measures, announced by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy at the Automotive table on February 1.
The revision of the Ecobonus may also accelerate the development of electric mobility in our country. The benefits of the energy transition will be enormous on the environmental and production fronts, but also in terms of creating new jobs.

Five salons for a comprehensive exhibition offering

There are many new features at E-Tech Europe this year, with more than 300 exhibitors present on an exhibition area of 23,000 square meters, starting with the expansion of the range of proposals through the five vertical thematic salons. Spread across halls 16, 21 and 22, the salons bring together the entire on-board and off-board electric mobility supply chain in a single event.
The second edition of E-Charge (Hall 16), an event entirely focused on charging technologies and services for electric vehicles, will also take place simultaneously with the fair.
In Hall 21 space will be given to Re-Battery, with a focus on collection, recycling and reuse of EV batteries and E-mobility. The same pavilion will host the Aidam Village (Italian Association of Mechatronic Automation) for the first time. Here the latest innovations in the field of mechatronics and robotics applied to the automotive world and EVs in particular will be exhibited and illustrated.

The stage of E-Tech Europe https://e-tech.show will also be shared with Interiors Global (Hall 21), a new thematic show dedicated to materials, solutions and systems for interior design in the automotive and transportation sectors. Completing the exhibition offer is Fortronic (Hall 22), the only Italian event dedicated to power electronics for industry, organized by Tecno in collaboration with Assodel.
Closing the circle is a very rich proposal of conferences, round tables, workshops and seminars, which will involve the world of production, services and distribution. These include the Smart Glass Forum, dedicated to the latest automotive glass technologies, and two conferences organized by Metef on the aluminum supply chain for the electric vehicle industry.
