Giovanna Ceolini, president of the event and Assocalzaturifici: “The quality and success of an exhibition is measured on a double track, the vocation to generate innovation and the ability to attract professional operators from all over the world. To these two variables, Micam Milano 2024 also adds the sustainability front and a great moment for professional updating. Therefore, the February appointment, in addition to being the health check of the footwear sector, is an unmissable opportunity to catch a preview of the trends of a sector that, with more than 14 billion euros and more than 72,000 employees, represents the backbone of Made in Italy manufacturing.

Made in Italy has always been the flagship of our event, and I am happy to be able to announce that it will be Adolfo Urso, Minister of MIMIT, who will inaugurate MICAM and the other concurrent fairs on Sunday, February 18 at 10:30 a.m.”
