Immagine Italia 2024 & Co., a European trade show now in its 17th edition dedicated to lingerie scheduled to take place at Fortezza da Basso in Florence from February 10 to 12, is preparing to unveil trends for fall/winter 2024 2025.
Trends defined on the basis of analysis by leading international trend forecasters in direct sharing with the more than one hundred and eighty brands in the sector that will be present at the fair.
“This is an in-depth study,” as Raffaella Petrossi, general manager of the fair, pointed out, “and it is an indispensable resource for our visitors, who in this way are able to have both a complete overview of the most important collections in the sector and a correct indication of the stylistic directions being developed. In recent years we have grown a lot, both in terms of collections present and in terms of visitors thanks to the appeal that our brands bring to the show and the increasingly consolidated partnerships dedicated to the incoming buyers from all over Europe and beyond. In fact, there will be 300 guest buyers at Immagine Italia 2024 & Co. from fourteen nations. We are aware that we represent a very important sector of the fashion industry, and that is why we intend to promote it to the fullest and accelerate its growth with an international event that contains within it other events and moments of sharing and deepening.”

Exaggerating, but always with class

At Immagine Italia 2024 & Co. lingerie comes out of the closet and is bolder and more distinctive. Lace bodysuits and bras take center stage and are grafted into city outfits to be worn with a day dress or with jeans, as long as complicity is evident. Room for black or neon colors for those who want to stand out.
For those who don’t like minimalist styles, here are sumptuous combinations of black and gold, burgundy, feathers, ruffles and more. A style between gothic and baroque that plays with cuts from maxi volumes to super tight-fitting models.
Print remains central to the lingerie proposal. From all over to floral patterns passing through the graphic and abstract world. Always a new language that is sometimes ironic, sometimes seductive. The designs seem to be borrowed from a painter’s canvas, with tones that light up on neutral and saturated backgrounds. An enveloping and democratic style.
Finally at Immagine Italia 2024 & Co. the trend called “hidden garden,” meaning floral designs and botanical details show themselves in a hidden garden of pleasure. Corsetry as it is intended, seduction and intrigue, passion and message. Here lace and handcrafted constructions, the excellence of well-made, find their place.
