48a Hospitality edition – The Hospitality Show, scheduled to take place in Riva del Garda from February 5 to 8, 2024, will devote ample space to the beverage segment both in the exhibition itinerary and through an articulated series of educational activities.
The distribution market in the Horeca channel, in Italy, plays, in fact, an important role. Over 3,800 companies, more than 60,000 employees and 17 billion euros in turnover. According to the latest Censis-Italgrob report, the beverage distributor sector in 2022 recorded +18 percent turnover and volume growth of about 9 percent over the previous year.

48a Hospitality edition: an offering in step with the times

Precisely for this reason, Hall C3 of the international trade fair dedicated to hospitality and catering represents a comprehensive showcase of the world of beverages. Participants will include no shortage of wholesalers, suppliers and manufacturers of beer, spirits, water, roasters and coffee, wineries, infusions, juices and soft drinks. The offerings will include the best Ho.Re.Ca. beverage solutions to meet the diverse needs and tastes of consumers.
And for a complete and in-depth overview of the art of mixing, craft beer and wine tourism, Hall B4 will be entirely dedicated to special areas RPM – Riva Planet Mixology, Solobirra and Winescape. Also in the 48a Hospitality edition, as now every year, there will be many new features both on the product front and on the schedule of events and training.

The Winescape 2024 area

Thanks to the participation of Independent Winemakers in the “Winemaker Space,” curated by the Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino and in collaboration with local delegations Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti, the Winescape 2024 area will be even richer.
The “Vignaiolo Space” will host more than 125 Independent Winemakers to meet the world of Trentino, Veneto and Lombardy restaurants with tasting tables, meetings, workshops and tastings. The space will also see the permanent presence of 50 companies from Trentino, as well as 25 companies from Alto Adige, 25 from Treviso, and 25 from Lombardy who will take turns during the four-day 48a Hospitality edition https://hospitalityriva.it/it.
“This partnership, established last year, is growing and being consolidated and will allow visitors to the fair to enjoy unique sensory experiences with great quality products from Trentino and beyond. The winemakers will be present with more than 120 wineries and will bring the wines and the territory to the attention of national operators, conveying the attractiveness of the places of production,” stressed Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi.

As for Solobirra, a reference area for the Italian and international brewing sector, the 2024 novelty is the participation of the collective of Bavarian craft breweries Bayerisches Bier IGP.
