From 7 to 9 November at BolognaFiere the protagonists of the world of refrigeration will meet at Refrigera 2023. The third edition dedicated to industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration will bring together not only specialized operators in the cold chain. In fact, the world of production, distribution, technicians and designers from the food retail and large-scale distribution sectors, the food, pharmaceutical, transport, logistics and industry sectors in general will also be present.
Following the expansion trend of the refrigeration market in recent years, which sees continuous global growth, the Bolognese event also continues to grow at a rapid pace. Suffice it to say that this year one more pavilion will be occupied at Refrigera 2023 compared to the 2021 edition. Inside pavilions 29 and 30 of the Bologna exhibition centre, there will be more than 170 national and international exhibitors displaying the latest innovations of the sector.

An increasingly international event

Thanks to the collaboration with U-3ARC, the Union of African Associations which represents 20,000 companies and over 150,000 workers in the field of industrial and commercial refrigeration, Refrigera 2023 goes beyond European borders. In fact, for the first time a delegation of professionals and companies from 30 African countries interested in establishing partnerships and new projects in Europe will be hosted.
The international nature of this event is thus confirmed. An event that is no longer just a moment of cohesion for the supply chain in view of the transformations that concern the future of refrigeration and its protagonists, but also a connecting bridge for the transfer of technology and skills of Italian and European companies towards the continent African and the countries of the Mediterranean basin.

Refrigera 2023: training and moments of discussion

In the midst of the ecological and energy transition and at a time of attention to bill costs, the efficient management of thermal energy represents a fundamental chapter for the future of every country.
Sustainability and the fundamental themes for the market and its protagonists will therefore be at the center of this edition’s conference program. During the three days of Refrigera 2023 there will be alternating moments of general in-depth analysis with more specific training meetings dedicated to refrigeration technicians and organized by the most important sector associations. Among these Assofrigoristi, Asercom, ATF – Association of Cold Technicians, CSG – Centro Studi Galileo, Legambiente and OITAf.
