Organized by Autopromotec, Futurmotive and 2023 – Expo & Talks is the international fair on the future of mobility, energy and ecological transition and innovation in the automotive industry, scheduled from 16 to 18 November at the Bologna exhibition centre.
The international event looks in particular at the future of mobility through the energy and ecological transition and innovations in the automotive sector.
Futurmotive ed 2023 – Expo & Talks this year will also host the Forum on Automotive Aftermarket Sustainability (FAAS) www.faasforum.eu for the annual Plenary Assembly and for the first edition of the FAAS Sustainability Day, which will take place on 17 November.
This new project was started by the main European associations Clepa (European Association of Automotive Suppliers) and Figiefa (European Association of Automotive Component Distributors). In fact, the establishment of a legally registered, non-profit European association was announced at the beginning of the summer. 28 companies, including automotive suppliers and spare parts wholesalers, have already joined the initiative, with the aim of developing synergies, collaborations and activities to guide the sustainable transition of the European aftermarket sector.
A more sustainable aftermarket ecosystem
Futurmotive ed 2023 – Expo & Talks will collaborate to organize the first FAAS Sustainability Day, which will be hosted in Bologna during the fair. An event that aims to bring together the leaders and innovators of the automotive aftermarket ecosystem, offering opportunities for sharing knowledge, creating interconnections and exploring cutting-edge ecological innovations.
The four sessions covering emissions reduction, low environmental impact services and sustainable logistics will lead participants on a journey full of ideas towards an environmentally friendly aftermarket ecosystem. Thus paving the way for the sustainable transition of the sector.
