During the three days, the two pavilions of the exhibition center will be visited by thousands of sector operators, importers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce, priests, nuns and parish and community leaders. The 2022 edition brought together 200 exhibitors from Italy and 35 other countries, with 3,128 visitors from 51 countries.
Devotio 2024: constant growth
Since the first edition in 2017, the event has seen its numbers constantly growing. Today it is recognized throughout the world as the leading event for the market of products and services for the religious world.
This was confirmed by Valentina Zattini, CEO of Conference Service and organizer: “After the crisis linked to the pandemic two years ago, which also hit this sector hard, the turnover of Italian companies has finally started to grow again, also in view of the important appointment with the Jubilee of 2025. In fact, just under five months after the inauguration of the fair, exhibitor bookings are reaching the levels of the 2022 edition and, therefore, we expect further growth”.
A schedule of exhibitions and meetings
The Devotio 2024 program www.devotio.it also includes the collateral initiatives of the “Devotio Lab”. Furthermore, a series of conferences is being defined on the theme “Building the community: places of announcement and meeting”, aimed at ecclesiastical users and artists, architects, catechists, teachers, professionals and those who live and administer the spaces for worship.
Some exhibitions and activities are planned. Like the one dedicated to “Processional Path: the Christological signs of the Introit” and the competition for designers focused on the “Chapel in the Woods of San Francesco”.
The exhibition will also take place with the display of the works resulting from the fourth edition of the “Paths of rapprochement: artists confronted with the Christian mystery”, which saw some young artists measure themselves on the theme “The Resurrection: the glorious body”.
Finally, there will be an award ceremony for the best stand present in the exhibition area which will be chosen during the event.
