This year Cersaie ed 2023, the international exhibition of ceramics for architecture and bathroom furnishings, at BolognaFiere from 25 to 29 September, turns forty years old. An anniversary that will be celebrated with various initiatives and a dedicated path.

The route consists of 5 stations. The first will be located in the Service Center and will offer a preview of the other 4 stations located in Galleries 21/22 and 25/26, with the last station in the Mall of pavilion 37. Each station will offer graphics that will illustrate the products and characters of the the last decade, together with one or more videos showing the application of the products, the historical context and the events, accompanied by music of the time.
In support, Cersaie ed 2023 has also launched a communication campaign focused on valorising the products, projects and events that have represented fundamental innovations over these four decades. Without neglecting, with an eye towards the future, the new evolutions and applications of the ceramic product.
The cultural program Costruire Abitare Pensare is confirmed, which will feature leading names in the world of contemporary international architecture.
The 18 Press Cafés will take place in the new location of the Media Agora – in Mall 29/30 – and were preceded by a digital roadshow in collaboration with 5 foreign publishers a week before the fair.

The “Cersaie design your home” consultancy returns

Another initiative confirmed for Cersaie and 2023 is “Cersaie design your home”. On 28 and 29 September, in the new Mall 29/30 location, the initiative, in its 11th edition, will propose its format again, offering free consultancy for architectural and interior design.
The architects of some Italian interior design periodicals – 100 Ideas for Renovating, Archiproducts, Casa Naturale, CerMagazine, Cose di Casa, Home, I Love Parquet, Il Bagno Oggi e Domani, Quotidiano Nazionale, Ville & Casali, Wellness Design, Youbuild and Youtrade – will offer their support to visitors thinking of renovating or buying a home. An opportunity to get advice on how to best arrange the rooms of your home, as well as a reconfirmation of the attention that the Bolognese event also pays to the B2C public, which is increasingly autonomous and central in purchasing choices.

An eye on training

Cersaie ed 2023 https://www.cersaie.it/it/index.php has always paid great attention to students and their education. There are more than 2500 students from Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Lombardy, Veneto and Liguria who will participate in this 40th edition, mostly coming from Artistic High Schools and Technical Institutes of the Construction, Environment and Territory direction. An innovation regarding the installation sector is also addressed to them. Six young people, aged between 17 and 23, will try their hand at creating an artefact using tiles of different sizes.
