43a HostMilano is preparing for the event that will occupy the spaces of Fieramilano Rho from 13 to 17 October.
A world fair dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality which is held every two years – 2023 will be the 43rd – offering everything needed for a successful venue. They range from raw materials to semi-finished products, from machinery to equipment, from furnishings to tableware, with an in-depth look at trends, technologies and innovations.
43a HostMilano: an evolving world
An exhibition format that combines vertical specialization with supply chain affinities and offers an international showcase dedicated to changes, new consumption models and new hospitality formats. Professional catering, bakery-pizza-pasta, coffee – tea – bar coffee – vending machines, ice cream-pastry and bakery, furniture, technology and tableware: this and much more will allow operators from all over the world to orient their business and enhance the international relations.
In support of Expo Plaza, the advanced media and services platform for organizers, exhibitors and buyers of the Milanese event.
A set of technologically innovative solutions, which allows those who operate in the many sectors of the sector to live a new phygital experience, capable of putting trade fair players in direct contact in an aware community, based on relationships that last all year and which they continuously generate value and opportunities.
43a HostMilano: more and more innovation
Also interesting in this 43rd edition will be the schedule of meetings and conferences – around 800 events – which will anticipate and analyze market trends and data.
Standing out in the program is the Smart Label – Host Innovation Award ceremony, a recognition promoted by HostMilano and Fiera Milano in partnership with POLI.design and sponsored by Adi – Association for Industrial Design which has become the global reference for innovations that mark a real change in the field. The proposals will also be displayed in the dedicated Smart Products area and included in an ad hoc publication, the Smart Label Index. From sustainability that enters into products right from the design phase, thanks to ecodesign and the use of reusable or recyclable materials, to environmental certifications. From increasingly intuitive user interfaces to digital services on online portals and in the cloud. These are just some of the distinctive features of the 26 solutions which, thanks to their ability to mark a change of pace in their respective sectors, were selected by a jury of independent international experts from 157 applications from Italy and abroad to obtain the recognition.
