On the final day of the Jumping European Championship in Milan, 3 September, a handshake hand between the general secretary of the FEI, Sabrina Ibáñez, the president of Veronafiere, Federico Bricolo, and the president of the Fise, Marco Di Paola.
Since 2001, the show jumping World Cup circuit has made a stop in the competition field set up in the spaces of the international show of reference for the equestrian world, organized by Veronafiere and scheduled this year from 9 to 12 November.

A finality of intent

The renewal of the agreement between Fieracavalli ed 2023 and FEI further strengthens the centrality of the Venetian city in the international panorama of equestrian sports.
For this reason, Veronafiere is also committed to welcoming the competing pairs and fans of the Longines FEI Jumping Word Cup to the next edition of the show dedicated to the equestrian world, continuing to invest in infrastructural solutions for animal welfare and athlete safety.
“With Fei and Fise we continue a successful path which has seen us collaborate for over 20 years for the global promotion of the equestrian sector, aware that the sporting soul of the horse represents a fundamental driver for the development of the entire sector – is the comment of Federico Bricolo –. A shared purpose that has allowed us to write together important pages in the history of show jumping over the course of many editions of the fair.”

The 125th edition of the saloon

Fieracavalli has been the reference event for the international equestrian scene since 1898 and 2023. Here the passion for horses meets business, sport, lifestyle, entertainment, digital innovation, territories and sustainability.
A synthesis capable of involving everyone in the most transversal way: from the 700 exhibiting companies participating from 25 nations, to operators, athletes, lovers of “slow” tourism and families who exceed 140 thousand total presences.
This is because it is the only show capable of making the most of the equestrian supply chain, represented at the fair by 2,400 specimens of 60 breeds and 35 breeders’ associations.
There are more than 200 events scheduled every year, including top-level sporting competitions, including the only Italian stage of the Show Jumping World Cup, and then exhibitions, conferences and workshops.
Fieracavalli ed 2023 is also the largest and most complete commercial showcase with all the big brands and news in the sector. Its web community, with 230 thousand active followers, offers a visibility and promotion platform capable of reaching over 6.5 million contacts and generating 40 million conversations on social channels and on the site.
