From Wednesday 21 June the 97th Pitti Bimbo is on stage at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence until Friday 23. The Pitti Immagine show dedicated to the world of kidswear and lifestyle presents a further renewed summer edition.
Among the novelties, it should be mentioned a calendar full of events and proposals – fashion shows, showcases, performances and special participations – which will enliven the preview of the fashion collections for summer 2024.
The kid’s costumes make their debut
A true container of international trends, this event will bring the most innovative brands and those to keep an eye on to the Tuscan capital, alongside the many reference names present in this edition. A complete overview, rich and articulated, creative, contemporary and committed to the green.
The lifestyle proposal that intercepts the new market demands is increasingly multifaceted. In fact, the 97th Pitti Bimbo has selected designers and brands able to offer a roundup of accessories, jewelery capsules, games and illustrated books. Without forgetting beachwear, ceremonial dresses, footwear and – an absolute novelty – kid’s costumes to play by dressing up.
In this edition no. 97 the attention to the street & sport segment is reconfirmed through the “Smart Kids” space, to all intents and purposes a new section of the Florentine salon. While the Cavaniglia Pavilion, where research and lifestyle brands are concentrated, will also be the stage for the many events that will take place during the three days.
Finally, in the Sala della Ronda, the fashion shows are back, one of the most eagerly awaited events.

The theme that characterizes the Pitti Immagine 2023 summer salons – “Pitti Games” – is the leitmotif that also characterizes the style and mood of the salon dedicated to the youngest.
So playing is the watchword of 97th Pitti Bimbo. Because the game is a playful, challenging but above all creative dimension, synonymous with energy, commitment and desire to win.
Thanks to the direction of Leonardo Corallini and the coordination of the creative director Angelo Figus, for this salon the theme is declined with summer and carefree atmospheres. Children always play and they always do it seriously. Alone, in pairs, in groups, they face duels, weave alliances, compose teams and the spirit that follows. Free in open spaces, gathered around a table, they open up worlds with an extraordinary creative power that can even change the rules of the game.
