MiMo 2023 edition – Milano Monza Motor Show – scheduled from 16 to 18 June, is warming up the engines. The three days that will take place between the two cities through a calendar that is full of events and news.
On display and in dynamic mode there will be the most exclusive models of hypercars and supercars with numerous exhibitions every day. There are also many innovations from car manufacturers with test drives inside the Autodromo Nazionale Monza and the exhibition hub in Piazza Duomo in Milan, also an information point for visitors.

MiMo 2023 edition: test drive for the latest hybrid technologies

At the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, from 9.00 to 19.00, in the special 4km circuit that passes on the elevated roads of the High Speed Ring, in fact, the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles of the car manufacturers will be available to the public.

In this location, the public will be able to try out all the new products offered by the over 40 car and motorcycle manufacturers present.
While in the special recharging area, at the straight stretch of the High Speed Loop, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with a simple and intuitive electric recharging experience. Finally, in the pits they will be able to experience a journey through the electric mobility of the future via video games and virtual reality.
The Frangivento Asfané supercar will be on display at the stands, which will undergo a total color change during the event, from glossy black to two-tone white/gold. While the public will be able to follow the car’s manufacturing and wrapping phases live, by now a must in the customization of enthusiasts.
At the MiMo 2023 edition there will be an area in which – twice a day – it will be possible to see the simultaneous ignitions of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 cylinder engines. The protagonists will be the Ferrari 812 Competizione, Ferrari F12 TDF, Lamborghini Huracán STO, Ferrari SF90 Spider, Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Jannarelly Design-1, Dallara Stradale models.

Indy Autonomous Challenge debuts

Free practice, qualifying and the timed race of the Indy Autonomous Challenge will enliven the Monza racetrack. A challenge that uses sensors, supercomputers and implementation hardware, allowing the car to drive autonomously and without a pilot.
To program the software, students and researchers from the main universities and research centers of the world. Among these Politecnico di Milano, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Technische Universität München (TUM), and the USA MIT-PITT-RW team, or Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT ).
