In two years, the world of printing will gather once again at Fiera Milano for Print4All 2025 scheduled from 27 to 30 May.
Organized by Fiera Milano and promoted by Argi and Acimga, reference associations in the printing and converting sector, the event reconfirms its identity as an integrated platform at the service of the world of printing and its professionals.
The next edition will focus on the opportunities offered by the convergence between printing technologies and reference markets to give voice to all the components of integrated solutions capable of satisfying any customer need. In fact, the fair will offer the best of innovation for printing, converting and finishing aimed at all segments of the industry, from graphics to commercial, from packaging to industrial.

The Print4All 2025 guidelines

Three keywords will identify the event: Convergence, Experience and Networking.
The first word is that between the different printing applications, which intersect to create new solutions and new business opportunities, but also that between technologies and new techniques.

Experience because – in particular through the exhibition offer and the thematic areas dedicated to particular market segments – it will be possible to approach new themes, but also to discuss the great challenges of the sector. In particular, how to be sustainable and efficient in production processes and in the offer to the market.
Finally, Networking, because Print4All 2025 will, as always, also be an opportunity for business, as well as meeting and discussion with synergistic sectors. An element guaranteed both by the trade fair format, which aims to welcome the entire supply chain in a single moment (manufacturers, printers, communication agencies/designers, brands), and by the renewed membership of The Innovation Alliance. Event that will take place simultaneously with Print4All, Ipack-Ima, Green Plast and Intralogistica Italia.

“Not Your Usual Printing Af(fair)”

To tell and share the spirit that will characterize the next edition of Print4All 2025, the organization has chosen to present itself through a new image declined on all channels, from the website to social networks, from below-the-line to advertising pages, signage.
An allegory of the world of printing and its evolution, the visual mixes three color palettes and as many icons. Elements that identify as many distinct but co-present dimensions: machines, supports and innovation – and which merge to create a single subject, with a strong chromatic and figurative impact.
In support of a claim that calls for concreteness: “Not your ordinary Printing Af(fair)”. The message, with a wink at the international operator, with a play on words underlined by brackets, reminds us that the fair is a fundamental business moment.
