The protagonists of the out of home are already preparing for the edition of Beer&Food 2024 Attraction, which will compete at the Rimini fair from Sunday 18 to Tuesday 20 February. The event is organized by the Italian Exhibition Group and is aimed at the B2B sector of out-of-home catering.
The event will take place simultaneously with BBTech expo, the professional exhibition of technologies and raw materials for beers and drinks, and returns concentrating on three days – instead of the usual four – networking, training and sector update opportunities.

In 2024 a “more compact” format

IEG renews the format of an important appointment for eating out operators. An appointment that is characterized by constant evolution and the ability to showcase the best of the beer, beverage and food industries.
The new format is the result of a choice shared with the main players in the sector and stems from the objective of concentrating the opportunities aimed at professional operators in a strategic period, to promote a better overall experience.
Market news and foodservice trends will be at the center of Beer&Food 2024 www.beerandfoodattraction.it, the ninth edition of the Rimini event. News that will be hosted in an exhibition area that welcomes companies and brands of excellence in the brewing universe, from micro-breweries to global brands, and the entire beverage world, from waters to spirits to soft and energy drinks.
Also expected is the return of Mixology Circus, an IEG-designed space with trendy Italian cocktail bars and ready to expand to international presences.
And there will be no shortage of fast and experiential food proposals, with the protagonists of production and distribution for the Horeca channel.

Championships and competitions

An important training and updating platform, with insights into market trends, consumption and current issues in the brewing sector, also thanks to the patronage of Assobirra, Beer&Food 2024 Attraction will also be the scene of top-level championships and competitions for the various souls of the sector.
Like the Beer of the Year award organized by Unionbirrai, the Italian Cuisine Championships, in partnership with FIC – Italian Chefs Federation, the Pizza Without Borders world championship of Ristorazione Italiana Magazine.
The inevitable appointment with the International Horeca Meeting organized by Italgrob will return to the ninth edition. A central opportunity for discussion for the entire beverage supply chain involving the main production companies and industry associations to trace future routes based on trends and scenarios involving the industry.
