10th Made in Steel Milano: the reasons for success
“There were all the conditions for this year’s edition to be a success. Steel comes from a very positive two-year period and in this phase, despite a certain slowdown, the desire of operators to seize the opportunities that are expected to arrive in the second half of the year is palpable – declared Paolo Morandi, CEO. by siderweb and Made in Steel. –. And indeed it was. Already in January we had registered the sold out of the exhibition spaces and we have never had so many presences. The event is an opportunity for meeting, discussion and storytelling for the entire steel supply chain. The 10th Made in Steel Milano was particularly special from the “beauty” breathed inside the pavilions. A result that comforts us and illuminates our growth plans, together. Because only together can we face the future”.
10th Made in Steel Milano: young people and women
Given the title of this tenth edition – “GENERATIONS, re-imagining our world” – the leitmotif of the contents could only be a focus on the new generations of steel.
Two projects were launched during the 10th Made in Steel Milano www.madeinsteel.it. The first is “Feminine steel”: launched at the beginning of 2022, during the event saw the first meeting in the presence of the working group that animates it, made up of a group of professionals from the steel supply chain, in the siderweb Arena, to listen to the story of the journalist and writer Francesca Mannocchi.
The second is “Steel Young”, animated by the CEO of Made in Steel Paolo Morandi, a project aimed at the new generations who, in steel companies, are facing, or will soon face, the generational transition, with all the challenges and the opportunities it offers.
The eleventh edition of Made in Steel will be held in 2025.
