More and more international

At Fieravicola 2023 for the first time there will also be a marked international connotation of the fair.
In fact, more than 150 international buyers confirmed their presence. A result achieved thanks to a strong commitment to the international development of the event and the collaboration of ICE, the Italian agency for promotion abroad. The buyers come from North Africa, the Sahel, Türkiye and Eastern Europe. Algeria will be the guest of honour.
A b2b platform service dedicated to exhibitors is also available for scheduling international business appointments and creating an agenda of contacts with foreign operators in advance.
“We believe that the presence of such a large number of foreign interlocutors at the event ensures that international turning point which has been one of the strategic objectives  of recent years, despite the difficulties of the period related to the health and international crises – declares the president of Fieravicola 2023 Renzo Piraccini –. Today we can say that this international characterization has good foundations and that the Mediterranean basin could become one of the main focuses for future initiatives dedicated to the poultry sector”.

Three days of business and conferences

Assoavi and Unaitalia, among the main producers’ associations, and the scientific ones WPSA, SIPA and ASIC have organized a conference program on the “hottest” topics for the sector.
The three days of Fieravicola 2023 https://www.fieravicola.com/ will in fact be an opportunity to explore and debate the main focuses of interest of the industrial poultry supply chain, which is facing profound transformations and is increasingly committed to a process of sustainability, despite having already achieved excellent results in reducing its environmental impact thanks to the heavy investments made.
Consumption and market trends of white meat and eggs will be discussed starting from the focus that Ismea will present, the perspectives of agricultural raw materials, but also the epidemiological framework and the economic repercussions for the improvement of biosecurity in the poultry sector, innovation in poultry farming with robotic applications and big data for precision zootechnics.
