Federico Bricolo, president of Veronafiere underlined his satisfaction with the response received by the event from companies and territories. A fundamental asset given that “The goal is to build a permanent and coordinated promotional platform with institutional partners capable of attracting incoming investments in Italy on the one hand, and Italian products abroad on the other with a roots of Veronafiere – after Brazil and China – in the United States, Japan, South Korea and the Far East”.
With regard to incoming from abroad, the investments made have given a first concrete result in this 55th Vinitaly edition https://www.vinitaly.com, as recalled by the CEO of Veronafiere, Maurizio Danese. “A supply-demand matching that worked, as also demonstrated by the more than 11,000 appointments scheduled between exhibitors and buyers on the Vinitaly plus platform, in addition to those set up directly between companies and buyers”.
A journey that has begun but certainly not finished, concluded Danese. In fact, this event will always be the carrier of Made in Italy, both here and abroad. Provided we “think in terms of the development of the sector and its businesses, and this is what we are trying to do”.
