Padua is preparing to host, from Thursday 30 to Sunday 2 April, the second stage of the national tour “2023 CocaCola PizzaVillage@Home”.
A winning formula, started in March from Palermo, which allows you to appreciate the different pizzas on your table, made in the temporary production hubs set up in the heart of the host cities, prepared by master pizza makers.
Pizzas that it will be possible to order on the Glovo app, delivery partner of the event, and also receive the gift bags at home, with the products given away by the partners.
Coca-Cola reconfirms its participation, as title sponsor, for the third consecutive year. Because pizza and Coca-Cola remain the perfect combination, a combination that everyone agrees on and ideal for spending a moment with friends or family in the name of fun and conviviality.
The tour will then continue to Bologna (11-14 May), Bari (October) and Turin, the last stop in November.

A masterclass for a perfect pizza

New to this 2023 edition CocaCola PizzaVillage@Home the creation of a masterclass to teach the public the secrets of pizza, held by master pizza maker Salvatore Friscia.
There are ten lucky ones, chosen from a call to action on social media, who will be able to learn the mastery of preparing pizza at home on 30 March right in the Johnny Take Uè pizzeria.
Professionals and enthusiasts who have joined the initiative on the event’s social networks have been identified thanks to their comments, inspired by the Neapolitan dialect and chosen among the most original.

The top Neapolitan players are the protagonists

The protagonists of the four days of 2023 CocaCola PizzaVillage@Home https://www.pizzavillage.it/pizzavillagehome however, remain the master pizza makers. Like Salvatore Friscia, from the Johnny Take Uè pizzeria, with his “Johnny pummarola” (red and yellow cherry tomatoes, buffalo milk mozzarella; output: caciocavallo flakes, basil and EVO oil). Errico Porzio, owner of the homonymous pizzeria, with MarghErrico, which boasts a crust filled with ricotta.
The roster of Neapolitan top players is completed by Angioletto Tramontano, pizzeria O’Sarracino, with his idea of cacio e pepe, and Fabio Cristiano, Antica Pizzeria Da Gennaro, with the classic Margherita.

La mission solidale

Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus, charity partner di questo appuntamento con 2023 CocaCola PizzaVillage@Home, opererà al fianco degli organizzatori per raggiungere l’obiettivo dello “spreco zero” e sostenere i meno fortunati. Inoltre, anche nella città veneta, a Banco Alimentare saranno consegnate le materie prime non utilizzate e donate anche 1.000 pizze, per aiutare chi si trova in difficoltà.
