And the Milanese show is confirmed as the main meeting point between brands and qualified international buyers looking for the best of Italian and international leather goods.
This edition will also see a return of buyers from markets that were already growing during the last edition. Like Japan, the USA, South Korea, Singapore, Qatar and the Emirates. On this front, the contribution of ICE Agency is fundamental with the incoming activity of qualified international operators.
The centrality of SMEs
Renewed attention to SMEs. Indeed, during Mipel 123 https://mipel.com/, Assopellettieri in collaboration with The European House-Ambrosetti will conduct a survey on a representative sample of Italian own-brand leather goods companies present at the fair.
The information collected will be analyzed to highlight the key issues to be explored by the advisory boards. Topics that Assopellettieri will organize in view of and in preparation for the 2023 edition of the States General of Italian Leather Goods which will be held in July.
Mipel 123: the involvement of the city
This edition will be entirely inspired by the city of Milan. In fact, the different areas of the exhibition set-up will offer references and citations of the main architectural structures of the city. Like, for example, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, which will host the trends area, while the Arco della Pace will characterize the entrances to Scenario and the Bastioni di Porta Venezia will frame the Top Buyer Lounge.
