47th Hospitality edition – The Salone dell’Accoglienza, from 6 to 9 February in Riva del Garda (TN), closed on a positive note. In fact, the international fair dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. saw the presence of over 18,500 professional visitors and 636 exhibitors, with over 40% of new companies and the presence of major brands representing the sector, representing the entire hospitality chain.
A result that confirms the strategic role of the event, at the center of important choices and investments made in recent years, both in terms of national and international alliances and exhibition variety and quality, as recalled by Roberto Pellegrini, president of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi.

47th Hospitality edition: the debut of Outdoor Boom

The event, with its complete range of services and products, demonstrated its ability to respond to every need and preference of visitors.
In addition to the participation of entrepreneurs from the catering sector, the hotel sector and public establishments in general, the trade fair appointment recorded a +16% of non-hotel operators and a +50% of the camping segment.
A growth due in particular to the ability to intercept the trends of the sector. As also demonstrated by Outdoor Boom, the new salon born as a conference in 2022 and which developed thanks to the collaboration with Faita FederCamping. An appointment designed for those looking for inspiration and new ideas to rethink open-air reception spaces and expand their business opportunities.
Each Italian region had its representation among the buyers – with an increase in attendance in particular from Veneto, Lombardy as well as from Liguria, Marche, Abruzzo, Puglia and Campania.
Satisfaction also from delegations from countries such as Germany, Malta and Central America.

Focus on innovation

Once again this year the 47th Hospitality edition – The Salone dell’Accoglienza www.hospitalityriva.it dedicated space to training. Between workshops, educationals, seminars and experiential initiatives, the event was a stage for multidisciplinary content that involved over 25% of attendees (1 out of 4) in the Mainstage, the Theater in Pavilion D, and in the Beer Arena, Outdoor Boom Arena , RPM Arena and Winescape Arena.
The program also made room for innovation with 11 technological startups that illustrated new solutions for hotels, restaurants and suppliers in the Ho.Re.Ca world.
On the podium of “Future of Hospitality”, a contest organized by Startup Turismo in partnership and WMF – We Make Future, the Booking Designer booking management system, created to improve and simplify tourism management processes. The program was awarded participation in the digital innovation festival WMF 2023.
The appointment with the 48th edition of the show will be from 5 to 8 February 2024.
