At the 2023 edition of Beer&Food Attraction 2023 – The Eating Ourt Experience Show, in Rimini from 19 to 22 February, Mixology Circus makes its debut. This is the new area dedicated to high quality beverages that will involve eight internationally renowned Italian bartenders for a unique cocktail bar
Beer&Food Attraction is the event that brings together the national and international offer of beers, drinks, food and out-of-home trends in a single B2B appointment. An opportunity for those among professionals in the sector who want to keep up to date on new ways and styles of consumption and seize the opportunities that current changes offer us.
Beer&Food Attraction 2023: a growing sector
In the cocktail bars not only spirits are mixed, but also the moods of those who care about good drinking and choose the classics: from the complex Manhattan to the more lively Gin&Tonic, up to the signature cocktails that the mixing stars create for their clubs. Rome, Milan, Florence are some of the Italian cities of reference for beverages, which will be represented at the Rimini fair by venues both ancient and modern in terms of proposals and trends. A hospitality model that goes beyond a drink and becomes socialization to the point of growing by 58% between January and September 2022 globally, compared to the 21% growth of the entire Ho.re.ca sector. Ca Ri Co (Milan), Cloakroom CocktailLab (Treviso), Drink Kong (Rome), Freni e Frizioni (Rome), Locale (Florence), Quanto Basta (Lecce), Rivabar (Riva del Garda), Ruggine (Bologna). These are the venues that will animate Mixology Circus, located in the beverage sector of Beer&Food Attraction 2023 https://www.beerandfoodattraction.it/. Eight of the greatest cocktail virtuosos gathered in the same design area, where professionals can discover news and trends.
Each bartender will have his own station and will present a special drink list of three cocktails. Masterclasses will also be held here by industry experts, a fundamental moment to keep up with the times and with the changing protagonists.

Mixology Circus is created in collaboration with Samuele Ambrosi, mixologist, official trainer and vice president of Aibes, former world champion. He is one of the leading gin experts, co-author together with Maurizio Maestrelli of the volume “Anthologin”, with illustrations by Serena Conti.
