The agreement with the Feria de Valladolid
Roberto Pellegrini, President of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi: “The 47th Hospitality promises to be very positive both for the number and quality of exhibitors and for the further impetus we have given to internationalisation. In addition to the international fair certification, we have entered into agreements such as the one reached with the Feria de Valladolid, and we have intensified our scouting activity to implement the incoming of foreign buyers, especially from Europe, Central and South America”.
The agreement signed with Feria de Valladolid further opens up the international market. The agreement between Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza and Fibar Valladolid, a Spanish event that is an international meeting point for bartending, has the aim of promoting and spreading the culture of mixology worldwide.
“The fair represents a true point of reference for the Ho.Re.Ca., and it is evident from the confirmations achieved so far, with 585 exhibitors that exceed the pre-Covid numbers” added Giovanna Voltolini, Exhibition Manager of Hospitality.
Winescape expands
Among the novelties of the 47th Hospitality www.hospitalityriva.it a pavilion dedicated to outdoor tourism with more space for glamping and open-air hospitality and more attention to accessible tourism with the collaboration with Village for all – V4A, the first Italian network of accessible hospitality.

In fact, the area doubles the exhibition space and thanks also to the collaboration of realities such as Slow Food Trentino-Alto Adige and the Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino.
Next to the cellars there is also an area dedicated to oil and tourism, developed in collaboration with the Consorzio Turismo dell’Olio Evo Igp, Dop and Bio with selected olive producers.
The exhibition itinerary develops in the Contract & Wellness, Beverage, Food & Equipment and Renovation & Tech thematic areas. To these are added Solobirra, RPM-Riva Pianeta Mixology and Winescape, dedicated respectively to craft beer, mixed drinks and wine and oil tourism.
