Confindustria Nautica and the 63rd Salone Nautico in Genoa are already working on the edition that will take place from 21 to 26 September. The location will be the constantly evolving area, home to the project for the new Eastern Waterfront, designed by the architect Renzo Piano. The space will be completed in 2024, characterizing the event as one of the most interesting locations in the panorama of international boat shows.

The Italian supply chain of the pleasure boating industry

In these days Confindustria Nautica is present at the 54th edition of the Boot in Düsseldorf (from 21 to 29 January), with an institutional stand (Hall 7 A / G09), where the activity of promotion abroad and support to the internationalization of Italian companies.
As part of the trade fair, the trade association, representing the entire supply chain of the pleasure boating industry in Italy, will be the point of reference for the 110 Italian companies present. As well as for the Italian and international operators who will visit the exhibition and who will participate in the 63rd Boat Show.

A sector of great value

Saverio Cecchi, president of Confindustria Nautica: “In these complex years, we have consolidated and strengthened our role of representation and promotion, in Italy and abroad, of the entire Italian pleasure boating chain. A sector that has continued to grow, recording an historic export record in 2022 and which, in the superyacht sector, has 50% of the world market”.
The Düsseldorf Boot will also be an opportunity to continue the promotion of the 63rd International Boat Show https://salonenautico.com/ in Genoa, after the stops at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show and the METS in Amsterdam where new features have already been mentioned and new format.
The international attendance plan of Confindustria Nautica and the promotion of the 63rd Genoese boat show also includes participation in the Miami International Boat Show (February 15-19), the Dubai International Boat Show (March 1 – 5), Palm Beach International Boat Show (March 23 – 26).
With this promotional tour, the organizers of the 63rd Salone Nautico aim to improve the results of the 2022 edition, which saw over 103,000 visitors and 998 brands on show in the 200,000 square meters of exhibition area. More than 4,460 sea trials and 1,117 accredited national and international journalists.
