
It will open on Saturday 4 February at Fieramilano Rho, where it will end on 6, 51th Mido Milano, where around 1,000 exhibitors are expected.
The companies that will occupy the Milan exhibition center come from all over the world, representing the entire supply chain of the eyewear sector.
Participating countries include Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Denmark, UK for Europe; USA, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Turkey and even Mauritius for the rest of the world.
The schedule of meetings
There will be many appointments and meetings scheduled at the 51st Mido Milano that will involve visitors during the three days.
Nick Cerioni, creative director and stylist who “hides” behind the image of personalities such as Måneskin, Orietta Berti, Gianni Morandi, Jovanotti, Laura Pausini, Pierfrancesco Favino and many others. He will be a guest at the round table “How to define your look and personality through eyewear. Styling as an opportunity for opticians”.
We will also talk about the interior design of the stores with the architect Martino Berghinz (Sunday 5 February). While communication and creativity will be at the center of the meeting with the researcher Luisa Aschiero and the multidisciplinary artist Felice Limosani (Monday 6).
The presentation of the Anfao Empowering Optical Women Leadership project to support women in the eyewear industry on their path towards leadership will take place at the 51st Mido Milano https://www.mido.com/ on Saturday 4 February.
Also on Saturday, the conference “Ophthalmology, optics and optometry: what future with new technologies” will be held at the Fieramilano Rho Auditorium, which will be attended by the president of Mido and Andao Giovanni Vitaloni together with representatives of the industrial and retail scene of the optical sector and the ophthalmologist area.
Mido 2023 opportunities | digital edition
Once again this year the event makes the online platform available again, where you can discover the collections, create contacts and set up meetings, promoting the possibility of participation and interaction, between physical and virtual.
The digital declination of the 51th Mido Milano is developed starting from the experience of the one inaugurated in June 2021, the first online edition in the history of this fair. Accessible from 26 January, the platform represents an additional opportunity for companies to strengthen their presence and get in touch, even by setting up meetings, with visitors, who will have the opportunity to chat and view the collections, as well as follow in streaming the main events of the show.
