The Pitti Immagine Bimbo 96 event will be inaugurated from 18 to 20 January in the spaces of Fortezza da Basso in Florence. A winter edition that puts the spotlight on the most interesting international proposals, with ample space for research, between reference brands and new names who have chosen the event as a springboard.
The exhibition itinerary expands with new pavilions and new sections, through spaces, where all the souls of the kidswear sector find a way to express themselves, with interesting contaminations ranging from family lifestyle to bedroom design, from games to beauty products and publishing .
At this edition of Pitti Immagine Bimbo 96, the focus on sustainability is confirmed as central. Among the emerging trends, street style returns, while the Apartment project presents itself in an increasingly contemporary guise. Two new Editorials and many Pop Up proposals will transform the exhibition itinerary into a colorful and captivating experience.

Inside the exhibition space, two macro areas will tell the evolution of kidswear, the different styles and the varied responses to the multiple needs of the little ones’ wardrobe.
Bon ton, luxury, sporty, urban…: the kids’ wardrobe integrates different styles, trends that come from adult fashion and great essential classics. For this reason, the organizers have thought of 100% Bambino, a section capable of offering a glance at a very broad panorama of collections that express the different souls of kidswear. Here are concentrated the big names and iconic brands that have always been committed to dressing children.

The new area presents the 100% Bambino brands that elaborate a different culture that is not afraid of the new or of mixing. A perspective close to the world of children because it is spontaneous, with a terribly easy result, but with strong and solid contents.
The Kid’s Lab! instead – on stage in the Cavaniglia Pavilion at Pitti Immagine Bimbo 96 – is reserved for the avant-garde of kidswear and kids lifestyle. Here are the most original and unpredictable collections to wear as declarations of independence, but also sophisticated outfits.
To sign them are young and pioneering brands that stand out for their always very personal design, for the choice of materials that are never banal and for the philosophy that now embraces eco-ethics in a transversal way. Small independent productions, the result of constant research, for those who want to add a touch of personality to the proposals aimed at children.
