TuttoFood 2023 edition, at fieramilano from 8 to 11 May, returns to pre-pandemic conditions. And this both for what concerns the numbers relating to the – currently – over 1,000 brands present, representing 35 countries, but also for the international platform for meeting supply and demand. Without forgetting the calendar reserved for training, sharing and reflection through numerous events and meetings.
Like, for example, the return of the Retail Plaza by TuttoFood format, during which the signs of Italian and international distribution interact with companies and others.

Returns and news

2023 also marks the return of the Better Future Award, promoted by the event to reward sustainable innovation in the agri-food sector, including ethical socio-environmental initiatives.
In collaboration with the Italian Association of Ambasciatori del Gusto, the Taste Arena will allow not only to meet the protagonists of Italian cuisine, but it is also a journey that mixes the flavors of the world with the genuineness made in Italy. Leading this “journey of exploration” within TuttoFood 2023 edition the chef ambassadors Gianfranco Pascucci (Pascucci at the Porticciolo di Fiumicino), Giancarlo Perbellini, (Casa Perbellini in Verona); Marco Sacco, (Il Piccolo Lago di Verbania) and Andrea Scarpati (Sapori Restaurant in Leicester, UK).
Space also for young people with the Start Up Area, a showcase in which the youngest and most dynamic companies will present their innovative products. Presentations of new or significantly improved product implementations are also expected. TuttoFood 2023 edition will also re-propose the TuttoGood initiative in collaboration with Banco Alimentare and other Third Sector entities, which over the years has made it possible to recover tons of usable food at the end of the event days.

Historical countries and new entries

Staying on the subject of exhibition layout, numerous representatives will come from Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Denmark, Turkey and the USA.
Numerous countries will also bring their exhibitors for the first time: Ecuador, Faroe Islands, New Zealand, Romania, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Hungary. Among the professional visitors, highly profiled buyers are expected from all over the world, such as the main international distribution chains.
Among the novelties of TuttoFood 2023 edition www.tuttofood.it we should mention the Green Trail, a transversal path identified by a specific visual identity and dedicated signage. A new exhibition developed with a view to promoting the fight against waste by facilitating healthier, more sustainable and responsible food choices. Among the most active countries exhibiting in these segments are Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands.
