Pitti Uomo January 2023 is preparing for the inauguration of the winter edition of January 10th, which will take place until the 13th at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. In these four days, the reference event for men’s fashion and lifestyle will host the protagonists of international menswear, the reference brands and the most innovative projects. All through a program of previews, events and appointments not to be missed.

The focus of this edition will also be on the exhibition itinerary in the Fortezza da Basso, which will show a complete preview of the new men’s collections.
And not only. Pitti Uomo January 2023 in fact pushes its proposal forward and broadens its path, with special projects that intercept the new desires of today’s lifestyle.
The return of the “I go out” section, dedicated to the world of sophisticated outdoor clothing, goes in this direction.
The “Fantastic Classic”, “Futuro Maschile”, “Dynamic Attitude”, “Superstyling” sections also feature “S|Style”, focused on eco-responsible fashion. These returns are joined by the new special areas “the Sign” and “PittiPets”.
Luxury for pets makes its debut
The first is dedicated to the most innovative objects, furnishings and styles. Inserted in the path of the Superstyling section, it will present a selected proposal of brands and realities able to inspire and offer new creative and business inputs.
The second novelty concerns a growing sector in Italy as well, namely the luxury sector for cats, dogs, etc. There will be 15 brands taking part in Pitti Uomo January 2023 https://uomo.pittimmagine.com/it, including accessories, wardrobe items, food, beauty, objects and furnishings. In exhibitions collars similar to jewels, leashes as belts, dresses in the style of tailored coats and handcrafted sweaters, bowls as designer crockery, and so on.
Institutional support for Pitti Immagine
Alongside the Florentine salons are also the Italian government and ICE, the agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies. Both promote the role of Florence in the internationalization strategy of Italian fashion through an incoming program of the best foreign operators, communication and special events.
Furthermore, ICE will present the sixth edition of “Young Italian start up around the world”, aimed at enhancing the most promising made in Italy start ups. The project is created in collaboration with Pitti Immagine Tutoring & Consulting and set up in the Central Pavilion of the Fortezza da Basso.

The guest designer of this winter edition will be Martine Rose, a designer of Anglo-Jamaican origins who will preview the Fall-Winter 2023-24 collection of her homonymous label in Florence.
The Belgian Jan-Jan Van Essche is instead the project designer who will bring his concept of fluid and essential fashion to the Tuscan capital during the brand’s first ever fashion show.
