Hospitality Riva del Garda – The Salone dell’Accoglienza, an international fair in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, has signed an agreement with Fibar Valladolid, the Spanish bartending fair (from 12 to 14 December), now in its 10th edition.
The agreement between the trade fair bodies Riva del Garda Fierecongressi and Feria de Valladolid will allow exhibitors and visitors to the next edition of Hospitality, in Riva del Garda from 6 to 9 February 2023, to expand their business internationally and discover trends and news of the art of mixed drinking.
According to the Iwsr Drinks Market Analysis report, the value of the global mixology industry could reach 40 billion dollars by 2024. This partnership is therefore part of a growing market and would allow exhibitors to participate in the two events, allowing visitors to expand its network of suppliers and partners.
More attention to the mixology sector
Giovanna Voltolini, exhibition manager of Hospitality Riva del Garda recalled: “We strongly wanted this agreement with FibE because it allows us to make the offer of RPM – Riva Pianeta Mixology even more complete and articulated, a special area that the event dedicated to liqueurs, spirits and bartending. Thanks to this partnership, the Italian grappa and distillate companies present at the fair will have the opportunity to deal with other companies in the mixology sector, premium drinks and hotel industry professionals from the Iberian peninsula and internationally”.
The internationalization process continues
The agreement also contributes to enriching the training program of the two fairs. The Spanish event hosted the appointment dedicated to grappa hosted by Leonardo Veronesi, bartender and Project Manager of RPM – Riva Pianeta Mixology. While the schedule of the 47th edition of the Italian event will see the participation of Juan Valls, bartender and founding partner of Fibar.
The twinning with Spain goes beyond the 2023 edition of Hospitality Riva del Garda www.hospitalityriva.it. Riva del Garda Fierecongressi has in fact signed an agreement with Feria de Valladolid which focuses on common objectives to be pursued also in the future.
