A target made up of journalists, influencers, technicians and communication professionals, who took advantage of the press day on Tuesday 8 November and also covered the spectacle offered inside and outside the pavilions throughout the exhibition week.
A top event
Pietro Meda, president of the company organizing the 79th Eicma edition www.eicma.it, commented on the numbers as a tangible sign of the embrace of the general public, while the massive presence of exhibitors highlighted the satisfaction of the sector. “The event unquestionably remains in its place: on the highest step in the entire international panorama. We will stay here, in Milan and on an annual basis, from here and for this reason we continue to work on 2023 to offer once again, also thanks to our partners and together with the whole industry, ever more engaging, contemporary and engaging visitor experiences” .
He added the CEO Paolo Magri: “Also thanks to the creation of new digital contents and services — the opportunities to favor the meeting between supply and demand and facilitate the development of concrete business opportunities have increased dramatically, confirming the 79th Eicma edition as a unique place able to profitably unite B2B and B2C souls. The data concerning the presence of operators and the media, as well as the evident and enthusiastic influx of young people between the pavilions and in the external area, are two extraordinarily positive news for our industry, which strengthen our exhibition model as a tool at the service of companies, current and, above all, open to the future”.
The appointment with the 2023 edition will be from 7 to 12 November.
