On 12 November, with the inaugural cutting of the ribbon, the inauguration of Navigare 2022, the international boat show in Naples, will be held at the Luise pier and will end on Sunday 20 November. The ceremony will be greeted by Gennaro Amato president of Afina which organizes the event, the president of the Port Authority of Naples, Andrea Annunziata and representatives of the institutions.
The event, which from this year will take place exclusively on the breakwater of the port of Mergellina, retains the prerogative of free trials of the boats on display and above all of free access to the Promenade marina by the public who will find boats from 6 to 25 meters.

Lights and shadows

Navigare 2022 will welcome the elite of Italian yachting into the water, from Neapolitan goiters to yachts of the great Italian and international brands, but also inflatable boats of all sizes and the best models in the motorboat sector.
On land, along the entire pier, a village, consisting of 18 stands, will welcome both the service companies of the nautical supply chain and those of marine engines.
“We have prepared an international level appointment, as the city of Naples deserves – declared President Amato -, even if the port of Mergellina suffers from some shortcomings to which we must give quick answers and interventions. The absence of an adequate Navy in favor of an audience of shipowners that is the first in Italy, for registrations between 6/12 meters, is a primary necessity that our institutions cannot and must ignore. We will compel the guests of Navigare 2022 on the issue that they will be able to count on the efficiency of our Association, both economically and in terms of planning, to resolve an issue that limits the city’s economy and the tourist flow of yachting “.
