3th Salone Nautico Bologna: exhibitors and visitors are growing

Between handshakes, congratulations and above all growing numbers, the third edition has ended.
Several positive figures. Starting, as we said above, with the increase in exhibitors and boats compared to the start of the project. A figure that confirms the appreciation of the insiders for an exhibition dedicated to small boating, 6/15 meters. Furthermore, the increase in visitors has now identified the fair as a real opportunity to find the right offer proportionate to one’s interests.
The first data from the 3th Salone Nautico Bologna identified a net increase in the number of visitors from Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Marche, Umbria. Tuscany, Lazio, as well as from the Emilia-Romagna region itself. To these are added the visitors who arrived from neighboring Croatia, Austria and Switzerland.

The organizers are already looking to 2023

“We have found an important agreement with the local institutions, the Municipality and the Emilia-Romagna Region, to program support actions for next year in favor of the Bologna International Boat Show – declared Gennaro Amato, president of Snidi -. With BolognaFiere, the common interest of wanting to make the exhibition center the protagonist of international boating was reaffirmed, therefore, on the table there are important and innovative projects for the planning and expansion of the fair ”.
Meanwhile, the date for next year has already been set, ie from 21 to 29 October.

Amato concluded: “The 3th Salone Nautico Bologna https://salonenauticobologna.it/ is growing despite years of obvious global difficulty. In addition, for 4 consecutive years, national boating has recorded an increase in turnover and productivity which is concentrated in the small boating segment, a driving force for a show dedicated to boats between 6 and 12 meters. A synergy of further collaboration with the exhibition body, which will start before the end of the calendar year, will allow us to make Bologna a unique stage for this production which has shipyards present in every Italian region and which represents the true nautical sector that can be seen. sailing by sea and which, however, does not find adequate moorings in the marinas “.
