Cibus Tec Forum is the new exhibition-conference that will take place at the Parma exhibition center from 25 to 26 October. Dedicated to the food and beverage technology sector, the initiative aims to bring together in just two days the discovery of the most innovative solutions and the most influential trends, which will have an impact on future eating habits.
It is a perfect mix between the most advanced technological companies, the protagonists of the food industry and the most authoritative voices of the national and international scene to offer a moment of exchange, business and contacts, to build a new global strategy for the food & beverage.
The appointment at Cibus Tec Forum, organized by Koeln Parma Exhibitions, a joint venture established in 2015 between Fiere di Parma and Koelnmesse, is in its first edition, while Cibus Tec will be held from 24 to 27 October 2023.
A postponement of 12 months made necessary by a disharmonious exhibition calendar, caused by the various postponements for reasons of health emergency.

How will cutting-edge technologies affect the future of the food & beverage sector? Now more than ever, the food and beverage industry faces extraordinary challenges. The food industry is geared to picking up the signals and responding to the ever-changing consumer demand while suppliers become partners capable of understanding future needs and offering technological innovations.
Cibus Tec Forum will try to respond to all this by offering the food industry and technology suppliers in a single pavilion an exhibition area where technologies will be present at the avant-garde, innovations, start-ups and demonstration areas aimed at the reference sectors.
During the two days, the plenary room will host four conferences dedicated to Digitization and Sustainability – Future of Food Safety – Supply Chain and Sustainability, from Farm to Fork – Innovative Materials for a Circular Economy.
In the 5 Vertical Showcase Sessions rooms, highly specialized seminars will be held in different food sectors and future trends.
