From 17 to 20 October 46th Hotel returns to Bolzano. The 46th edition of the international fair for hotels and restaurants focuses on innovation and digitization, food and architecture. All under the “umbrella” of sustainability, with an Award entirely dedicated to the topic.
From 19 to 20 October everything will revolve around the theme of the relationship between architecture and tourism and that of increasing efficiency thanks to the contribution of digitization. The activities will take place on the Hotel Connects Stage, the stage between the aisles.
A large showcase of the best products and the most innovative companies awaits visitors. There will be over 500 national and international exhibitors, who will once again be the focus of the fair, while 20,000 visitors are expected.
As always, there will be an articulated program-events that will involve over 40 speakers.

The digital transformation
The last day of 46th Hotel www.fieramesse.com/hotel will instead be dominated by digitization and a question at the center of two round tables. On the “plate” an important question for those who work in the sector: how can the many technologies contribute to increasing the efficiency of hospitality businesses?
Starting from a general overview, the speakers will develop approaches and strategies for the audience based on their own experiences and concrete examples.
In addition, on October 20, International Chefs Day, the South Tyrolean association of chefs SKV will sign the highlight event with the multi-starred Norbert Niederkofler as guest of honor.
