At Fieramilano Rho, from Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22, under the slogan “Back to the next”, Lineapelle 2022 opens its doors to 1,134 exhibitors – against 960 in the February edition – from 40 countries,
Not a return to the past, however, rather the celebration of a future vision which, in this edition, is enriched by a broad and transversal program of in-depth and promotional activities.
Program that will take place partially concurrently with Micam, Mipel, TheOne and simultaneously with the Simac Tanning Tech technology fair. All events united by the #finallytogether project.
Over 570 tanneries, 368 manufacturers of accessories and components, 138 of fabrics and synthetics, 9 chemists and 45 exhibitors from other businesses. These are the protagonists of the three days of negotiations and confrontation, which fall in the middle of an economic phase dominated by uncertainties and concerns. Critical issues caused in particular by the energy emergency that is causing any item of company cost to rise exponentially and uncontrollably.
Lineapelle 2022: the next trends and the metaverse
The event presents the fashion trends for the Fall Winter 2023-2024 season elaborated by its Fashion Committee and defined by the “Mondi Possibili” mood.
A journey into the stylistic development of leathers, materials, accessories and components which, in this edition, enters a cross-media dimension, opening up to the experience of the metaverse.
In fact, the samples exhibited in the traditional physical Trend Areas (halls 13, 9 and 22) will also be translated in virtual mode, in a digital space that can be used by any device, including the immersive experience of 3D viewers (hall 13).
Assopellettieri will once again be the protagonist with Mipel Lab, an innovative digital and exhibition concept dedicated to the Italian production sourcing of leather goods. Conceived in collaboration with Lineapelle, an event with which it will share spaces from 20 to 22 September in Hall 9, the project aims to bring together international brands with the excellence of Italian leather goods manufacturers.
Lineapelle 2022: the future is at home
To celebrate the hundredth edition, the show has chosen to focus on the future. In fact, it will reward all its exhibitors and most loyal buyers with an exclusive numbered NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
Furthermore, Lineapelle 2022 www.lineapelle-fair.it will offer particular recognition to the 72 exhibitors present at the fair since its first edition.
The Green Theater project is also back in this 2022 edition. This is a space reserved for presentations and debates with free admission, which on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 will host an instant talk schedule lasting half an hour.
Common denominator: the innovative sustainable approach of Italian exhibiting companies analyzed at 360 ° and the constantly upgrading green value of the Italian tanning industry.
