Technology and innovation, current events and evolution, comparison and updating: these are the peculiarities of the 29th edition of Autopromotec, which is preparing to open its doors at Bologna Fiere from 25 to 28 May. The event dedicated to equipment and the automotive aftermarket is therefore back in attendance after the pause imposed by the pandemic.
A large international showcase of specific products and services for each single sector of the market and an important moment of study and discussion on the evolution that characterizes the automotive aftermarket sector.
The desire to return to presence
Over 1,300 companies spread over a total exhibition area of 141,000 square meters, who have chosen to participate to highlight their products and services.
The international component, characterized by a strong European footprint, is confirmed by the share of foreign companies present, equal to approximately 25%, and by the total of 42 countries represented.
Another element that attests to the great international significance of the event is the record number of foreign delegates participating, over 180 from 35 countries. As well as the forecast of B2B meetings scheduled with Italian exhibitors, more than 800 in the final projection, a greater number than those registered in the last pre-pandemic edition. All numbers that testify to the great interest of companies in returning to face-to-face meetings.
The fair hall by hall
The map of the 29th edition of Autopromotec www.autopromotec.com, which is divided into 15 halls of the Bologna exhibition center, reconfirms the completeness of the product offer of the event, bringing together all the sub-sectors of the aftermarket market. The companies are in fact grouped by product category, to allow visitors personalized itineraries based on professional interests.
The whole world of spare parts, components and car service will be on display in halls 14, 16, 18 and 21, to which is added, compared to the last edition, on 14. The equipment for tire assistance, workshop and lifting will be in the halls 19 and 29. The 28th and part of the 29th will concern lubricants; 30 allele diagnostic equipment; while on the 26th and part of the 29th the equipment and products for the bodywork. Companies in the tire sector, new and retreaded, and rims, will find space inside at 20, tools, compressors and multifunctional equipment at 36, while equipment and products for service stations, car washes and car care at 25.
The exhibition is completed by 6 external demonstration areas, where, among other things, roadside assistance equipment is housed.
The news of the 29th edition of Autopromotec
Futurmotive Experience – Talks – Startups is born, with which Autopromotec, in collaboration with ICE Agenzia, intends to guide the trends that characterize the mobility supply chain. From the transition towards ecological sustainability of the sector to digitization, up to the new economic models that are emerging.
Another novelty is Electric City, a 600sqm low environmental impact exhibition area dedicated to electric mobility.
