Feet firmly planted in the present and an eye to the future: this is the approach of the 17th Klimahouse, from 18 to 21 May at Fiera Bolzano. The international event on the rehabilitation and energy efficiency in buildings is therefore back in attendance to offer a broad showcase of cutting-edge solutions in various areas of construction and mobility.
An appointment that is not only a point of reference for all operators on the state of the art in the sector, but also an updated look at the most innovative solutions to give life to a new way of designing, building and rethinking consolidated models.
Even more in this 2022 edition, aimed in particular at young professionals and the most avant-garde startups who will be among the protagonists of the event.
The smart building trend
The focus on innovation is the result of a commitment that the event feels strongly in its transformation from a classic fair to a hybrid platform, active 365 days a year. The 17th Klimahouse https://www.fierabolzano.it/it/klimahouse/home is increasingly involved in the process of change that is affecting the entire society and production models.
This in the construction sector means not only the use of tools such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), robotics, 3D printing, IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality already in the planning and management phase of construction sites, but also to go more and more in the direction of smart building. In other words, those “intelligent” buildings capable of exploiting innovation to ensure energy efficiency, hi-tech management of the systems and, more generally, the well-being of those who live there.
The best startups in the sector on display
All these trends will find in the 17th Klimahouse not only a high-level space for discussion and dissemination, but also a concrete declination. And this thanks to the collaboration with Plug and Play, blum.vision and Le Village By CA Triveneto, with the presence of the most innovative startups and their cutting-edge products.
The showcase dedicated to these realities is the “Future Hub”, a space reserved for the best startups in the construction, renovation, furnishing and energy efficiency sectors in construction.
A unique opportunity for operators to have a complete panorama of solutions and also an opportunity for young startups to get in touch with potential industrial and commercial partners.
The Future Hub will also host the candidates in the Startup and Startup Mobility categories – new for 2022 – of the Klimahouse Prize 2022, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano. The award is reserved for exhibiting companies that have distinguished themselves with their ability to innovate.
