Wednesday 4 May we will talk about consumption and trends in the Italian market for poultry meat and eggs with the presentation of an Ismea study and a round table between the main producers and representatives of large-scale distribution.
The second day will have a more international slant, with foreign speakers and 3 conference slots that will propose, respectively, a round table on the international dynamics of agricultural raw materials, a focus on the path of Italian and European poultry farming towards sustainability, a conference between experiences and models in world aviculture.
The part dedicated to scientific analysis scheduled for May 6, third day of 2022 Fieravicola Poultry Forum & B2B https://www.fieravicola.com/, sees the collaboration of World’s Poultry Science Association, the Italian Society of Avian Pathology and the Association Italian scientist of rabbit farming.
