
From 9 to 11 April, Cucinare 2022 returned to the Pordenone Fair. The event was presented with a new formula, already declared in the subtitle of the logo: “quality food and wine show”.
Territory, excellent raw materials, agri-food chain: these are the main themes at the center of the event, which has become a reference point for lovers of cooking and good food. In fact, in Pordenone they find quality products, equipment for preparation, opportunities for discussion with the chefs of the best kitchens in the area. Without forgetting the presence of the protagonists of the media active on the topic of food.
As always, even at Cucinare 2022 it is possible to taste and buy the excellence of the Italian agri-food supply chains in the more than 100 stands present. In addition to tasting, it is also possible to participate in over 50 events – free -, divided into courses, tastings, show cooking.
Three areas that welcome this calendar of initiatives at the fair: the Super One Arena, the Sala del Gusto and the Sala Io Sono FVG.
The event also pays particular attention to wine and craft beer. Both protagonists at the center of the parallel events Vinum, a review of quality wineries, and Beer & Co, a panorama of Venetian and Friulian brewing art, and beyond.
This edition of the show also arises from the collaboration of many realities that find in the event an opportunity to meet and share with both users and companies.
Among the main partners of Cucinare 2022 www.cucinare.pn the Friulian Supermarkets SuperOne sign, and Io Sono FVG, the brand that testifies to the sustainability of regional businesses and the origin of agri-food production.
The appointment is also organized in collaboration with Unione Artigiani Pordenone, Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone Udine, Ecozema (green supplies), Locata Mise en place, F.I.S.A.R. Italian Federation of Sommelier Hoteliers and Restaurateurs delegation of Pordenone and Pordenonelegge Foundation.
Also present this year at Cucinare 2022 are the teachers and students of the Federico Flora Higher Education Institute in Pordenone who will provide assistance in the dining room and in the kitchen during all the events of the program.
