The fourth edition of IVS – Industrial Valve Summit 2022, the main international event dedicated to industrial valve technologies and flow control solutions, was presented on 6 April. Promoted by Confindustria Bergamo and Promoberg, the summit will take place in Bergamo on 25 and 26 May.
Three years after the last appointment, this edition continues the growth path that has characterized it from the very beginning.
Important numbers are expected for Industrial Valve Summit 2022, starting with the companies that will be present at the fair. To meet the growing demand for exhibition space, the organizers have therefore decided on an additional pavilion, which will expand the space by 5000 square meters. The spaces will thus grow to reach a record extension of 15 thousand square meters in total.
More and more internationality
Twelve, the countries of origin of the approximately 300 exhibitors present at Industrial Valve Summit 2022 https://industrialvalvesummit.com/. In addition to Italy, Germany, Great Britain, the United States of America, France, South Korea, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, Turkey and the Czech Republic, representing four continents.
It should be emphasized that international adhesions are also growing thanks to the synergy with AVR Anima, an industrial association representing the Italian companies in the valves and taps sector, and ICE. A collaboration that will allow delegations from about twenty countries from 5 continents to participate in Industrial Valve Summit 2022.
The delegations will have the opportunity to interface with the operators of the Oil & Gas supply chain present at the fair, creating moments of confrontation and matchmaking activities.
In addition, areas dedicated to B2B meetings will be created at the AVR Anima and ICE stand.
The calendar of meetings
The congress section also grows year after year, which in this fourth edition includes an even more articulated program of scientific conferences, moments of discussion and technical contents.
The summit introduces a calendar of workshops, labs and panels complementary to the five main thematic sessions. The opening appointment will be the round table – the first of its kind – which will examine the role of hydrogen in the new scenarios related to decarbonisation, scheduled for 24 May.
All the contents discussed during the days of the fair will be accessible freely and free of charge through the IVS Valve Campus Knowledge Platform, which will share all the scientific contributions of Industrial Valve Summit 2022 in a perennial and smart way.
